Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    With pastry blender or fork, cut Crisco into flour and salt. Add beaten egg with vinegar.
    Slice through.
    Then add 5 tablespoons cold water.
    Slice through mixture.
    Divide into 4 parts, roll out on floured waxed paper to fit pie tin with 1-inch hang over.
    Turn under edge and flute.
