Pepper Steak Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked roast beef
2 small tomatoes
1 large green pepper
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. bottled teriyaki sauce
1/3 c. dry sherry (optional)
1/3 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. bean sprouts
4 c. shredded Chinese cabbage
Preparation

Cut beef into thin strips; they should measure about 3 cups. Cut tomatoes into wedges and green pepper into strips.
In mixing bowl, combine beef, tomatoes, green pepper, celery, onion and mushrooms.
