Ingredients

2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut in julienne strips
1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Dry potatoes with paper towels.
Toss in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet (nonstick gives best results).
Bake 12 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake 12 to 15 minutes longer, until golden and crispy.
