Soda Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. nuts
    2 c. crushed soda crackers
    6 egg whites
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    coconut
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sugar, nuts and crushed soda crackers. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to peak stage.
    Add cream of tartar. Beat 2 more minutes.
    Fold in dry ingredients gently.
    Pour in greased baking dish. Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0. Cool.
    Refrigerate until cold.
    Cover with large Cool Whip and crushed pineapple. Top with coconut.
