Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. crab meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 onion, minced
1/2 bell pepper, minced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
additional cracker crumbs to coat
Preparation

Mix ingredients.
May need to add more cracker crumbs to mixture if too moist.
Form crab cakes, 2 tablespoons of mixture to a cake (approximately 1/2-inch thick by 3-inch diameter).
Coat crab cake with additional cracker crumbs.
Layer in waxed paper and freeze immediately.
Yield: approximately 20 to 30 cakes.
