Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    3 slices bacon
Preparation
    In large iron skillet, cook bacon until done.
    Remove from skillet.
    In bowl, sprinkle sugar over tomatoes.
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour over tomatoes, toss until tomatoes are coated with flour.
    Place on medium heat, cook in bacon fat in skillet and cook until done.
    Place on paper towel to absorb extra grease.
