Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in bowl. Blend in milk and margarine.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into ungreased 9 x 9-inch pan.
