Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
12 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Melt together and put in 9 x 11-inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/2 cup butter.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
