Sausage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen Rishes bread dough, thawed to room temperature
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. loose sausage
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Roll dough to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness.
Mix sausage and cheese, place mixture into dough and fold all 4 sides around mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
