Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 c cooked rice
nutmeg
Preparation

Separate eggs and add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla to egg yolks. Beat egg whites stiff, fold into yolk mixture. Add in cooked rice. Pour into 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
