Apple Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. toasted 1/2-inch bread cubes
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. seedless golden raisins
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops, cut with pockets
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine bread cubes, apple, cheese and raisins.
    Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
    Add orange juice and butter.
    Stir until bread cubes are coated.
