Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/2 c. cold water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
-
Mix gelatine and water together.
Drain pineapple.
Add sugar to the pineapple syrup.
Bring to a boil.
Pour this into the gelatine.
Add crushed pineapple and cottage cheese.
Add the Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
