Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted hot shortening in baking pan
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar and baking powder.
    Add milk and stir in eggs.
    Pour into melted hot shortening which has been heated in baking pan in the oven.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
