Hot Sausage-Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans sliced potatoes
    8 oz. fully cooked summer sausage or salami, sliced
    1 tsp. dried minced onion
    3 Tbsp. clear Italian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine undrained potatoes, summer sausage or salami and onion.
    Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Stir in the Italian salad dressing and parsley flakes.
    Serves 3.
