Toffee Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    saltine crackers
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. butter, not oleo
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Spray a jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place crackers close together on pan.
    Boil and stir the butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes.
    Pour over crackers and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cover with chocolate chips and spread.
    Let cool. Break in pieces.
