Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    2 teaspoons minced onion
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
    1/2 cup crushed ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes drain; mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, and cheese.\tPour over broccoli in 1-1/2 quart Casserole. Sprinkle Ritz over top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
