Cheese Cocoons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 sticks margarine
    1 lb. sharp New York State cheese
    dates
Preparation
    Grate cheese coarsely.
    Soften margarine.
    Mix flour in it. Mix with hands.
    (Can keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.)
    Shape into circles and overlap one side over date (can put nut inside date).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not brown.
