Cucumber Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 large cucumber, peeled
Preparation

Beat cream cheese.
Mix in onion, parsley and seasonings.
Cut cucumber into 1/8-inch sections lengthwise and then into tiny cubes.
Stir into cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
Cucumbers will \"weep\" adding liquid.
Chill until serving time; overnight. Serve on cut-out shaped bread.
