Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
2 large onions, chopped fine
6 beaten eggs
3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Shape into bite size balls and freeze on cookie sheet until firm. Store in plastic bag in freezer and bake as many as needed at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot on toothpicks.
