Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    14 oz. can coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavor
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; add eggs one at a time.
    Add rest of ingredients; beat 2 minutes with electric mixer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake is done.
    Use tube pan or bake in layers.
