Italian Style Tuna And Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 can cooked white beans
    1 can drained tuna
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice of 1 lemon
    chopped parsley, sage and basil (either 1, 2 or all 3)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. capers, rinsed
Preparation
    Soak onion in red wine vinegar for about 1/2 hour.
    Mix together the rest of the ingredients.
    Toss in the sliced onion with vinegar and garnish as you will.
    Serve chilled or at room temperature.
