Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
12 corn tortillas, cut in strips
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 chicken breasts, baked or boiled and diced
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Cook over medium heat until smooth (sauce).
Dip tortilla in hot oil to soften.
Drain on paper towels.
Put a small amount of heated sauce on bottom of long casserole dish.
Layer drained tortillas on top.
Layer diced chicken next.
Spread remaining sauce on top of chicken and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
Serve with salsa.
