Almond Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 lb. ham, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
    3 c. cooked, cooled rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Saute onion and green pepper until tender.
    Add ham, salt, pepper, soy sauce, almonds and rice. Simmer 5 minutes until flavors have blended and rice is warm. Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
