Ingredients

potatoes
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel potatoes and scrub them; grate the potatoes.
Put Crisco on the bottom of the pan.
Wait for the fat to get good and hot, then drop the mixture into the pan by the tablespoon.
Fry it. flip them every once in awhile until they get brown.
Then serve them.
They are very good.
Use ketchup or sour cream to dip them in.
