Coconut Milk Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla essence
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease medium sized pie dish.
    Beat ingredients together, mixing well.
    Pour into pie dish.
    Bake for approximately 1 hour until golden brown.
    Serve when cool with fresh cream.
