Euvonne'S Cracky Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 sq. chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
graham crackers
3/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together the flour, salt and soda; set aside.
In mixing bowl, blend the shortening, sugar and eggs; beat well.
Combine milk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Remove 1/3 of batter to another bowl.
Add nuts and melted chocolate.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Arrange whole graham crackers in single layers over batter in pan. To remaining batter in mixing bowl, add the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls over crackers.
Spread to cover.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut in squares when cool.
