Salmon Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 c. ketchup
    1 medium, chopped onion
    4 to 5 sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 dashes hot sauce
    3 slices bacon or about 3 Tbsp. drippings
    water
Preparation
    Fry bacon, reserving drippings.
    Place onion and potatoes in pot; boil until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Add salmon, ketchup, bacon drippings, salt, pepper and hot sauce to potatoes and onion. Cover with water; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until thick.
