Jumbo Shells With Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo pasta shells
    1 qt. ricotta cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (25 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Prepare pasta as directed, cooking 9 minutes.
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Arrange in single layer in greased roasting pan. Mix together cheeses, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Fill shells with cheese mixture.
    Pour sauce over shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle immediately with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Serves 6 to 8.
