Shrimp Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. celery
    1 c. rice
    Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 c. shrimp, cleaned (raw)
    3 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; save to use later.
    Add bacon grease to water in which you cook rice.
    In another pan, melt butter.
    Add celery and bell pepper; cook a few minutes.
    Add shrimp which have been sitting in Worcestershire sauce for at least an hour and have been dredged in flour.
    Stir and simmer until flour and shrimp are cooked.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Now, add cooked rice; mix until rice is all \"buttery\" and \"shrimpy.\"
    You may need to add more butter.
    Into this, crumble bacon over top and serve hot.
