Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. Angostura aromatic bitters
3 egg yolks
4 egg whites
Preparation

Combine chocolate pieces, boiling water, Angostura and egg yolks in blender.
Whirl until smooth.
Cool to room temperature. Beat egg whites in bowl until stiff.
Fold in chocolate mixture. Spoon mixture into serving dishes; chill for several hours.
Serve with demi-tasse.
