Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak, 3/4 inches thick
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can condensed beef broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 c. cut-up vegetables
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice beef into very thin strips.
    Mix cornstarch, broth and soy.
