Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
10 qt. air popped popcorn
toasted almonds or other nuts
Preparation

Place popped popcorn in 2 large roasting pans.
Sprinkle almonds or nuts over popcorn.
Melt butter.
Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Bring to boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in baking soda and vanilla.
Gradually pour over popcorn and mix well. Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
Put into Tupperware immediately so it won't stick to pans.
