Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce; add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
    Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
    Stir in oranges and walnuts.
    Spoon into a 5-cup ring mold.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
    Unmold and garnish as desired.
    Makes about 5 cups.
