Marinated Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian dressing (preferably fat-free)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large, chopped tomato
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. water
    2 steaks of choice (usually Filet Mignon or prime rib)
Preparation
    Mix dressing, onion, tomato, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic with water in a Ziploc bag.
    Close bag and mix well. Place steaks in bag and close.
    Place plastic Ziploc bag in fridge overnight or in early A.M.
    Turn every few hours.
    When ready to cook, remove meat from bag and drain.
    Place steaks on roasting pan.
    Roast in oven until desired browning.
    Watch closely and turn often.
