Meatballs, Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 slices white bread
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. dry mint
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 (28 oz.) tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes.
    Brown the meatballs in oil.
    Pour 1/2 tomatoes on bottom of casserole.
    Lay meatballs on top of the tomatoes.
    Pour the remaining tomatoes on top.
    Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, or cook on top of the stove in your own sauce for about 2 hours.
