Country Fried Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round or sirloin steak, cut up
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper (if desired)
    3 Tbsp. meat drippings
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. liquid, water or milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Put flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Coat steak pieces with flour mixture and brown on both sides in
    hot oil, about 10 minutes.
    Remove from skillet and place in baking dish.
    Make gravy and pour over steak in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
