Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. orange or apricot juice
4 egg yolks
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Blend and beat 4 minutes all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in egg whites.
Pour into greased and floured large angel food pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Watch for excessive top browning near end.
