Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello (small)
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Dissolve jello into hot water.
Add vinegar and salt; dissolve well.
Add pineapple and carrots.
Place in decorative mold and refrigerate until set.
