Matzo Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. matzo crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
    chicken stock (about 1 c.)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. onions
    1/4 c. celery with the leaves
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place matzo crumbs in large bowl.
    Finely chop onions and celery and add to crumbs.
    Measure out spices and add to mixture. Heat chicken stock until hot but not boiling.
    Whip egg slightly with fork.
    Add butter, egg and hot stock to the matzo crumb mixture.
    Toss mixture until moistened.
    Yields enough to stuff a roasting chicken or small turkey.
