Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chopped
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water; jell until starting to thicken. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add all ingredients to jello.
Pour in mold.
(A ring mold can be used.)
