Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. apples, peeled and diced
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Blend sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, soda, salt and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Mix in apples and nuts.
    Bake 1 hour in a Bundt or tube pan at 350\u00b0.
