Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1/2 confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla thoroughly.
Sift together and stir in flour and salt.
Mix in chopped nuts.
Chill dough.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 1/2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake until set but not brown.
While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
When cool, do it again.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
