Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. unpeeled red potatoes (about 6 medium)
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 (2 oz.) jar drained pimiento
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. low-fat yogurt
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Boil potatoes
    until tender.
    Peel, cool and cube half. Combine potatoes,
    green onions and pimiento in bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise and
    all other ingredients.
    Stir into potatoes and toss gently.
    Cover and chill.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
