Veal And Peppers(Italian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless lean veal
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium green peppers, cut in eighths
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    pinch of crushed red pepper
    salt and pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
    Brown on all sides in hot oil in skillet.
    Add peppers.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add mushrooms and liquid, red pepper and sauce.
    Cover and simmer until tender, 30 minutes longer.
    Season to taste.
    Serve on hot cooked rice, macaroni or spaghetti.
