Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water and yeast together.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add 3 tablespoons salad oil, salt and 4 2/3 cups flour.
    Mix until all flour is moist.
    Add remaining flour until smooth (takes about 10 minutes).
    Place in large bowl and brush with salad oil.
    Cover and place in a warm place for 2 hours.
