Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1 medium green pepper
1 can tomato soup
3 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. parsley
1 medium clove garlic
2 Tbsp. water
4 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook carrots in small amount of water until barely tender. Drain and cool. Slice onion thin and cut bell pepper in strips. Combine with carrots.
Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over carrot mixture.
