Spicy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add onion, garlic, tomatoes and seasonings; cook until onion is tender.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
