Quick And Hearty Baked Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 medium clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients except mustard.
    Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Puree mixture 1/3 at a time.
    (Note: This step may be omitted for \"chunky style\" soup.)
    Add mustard and heat through.
    Makes 2 quarts in a little over 30 minutes.
