Baked Coconut Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. medium shrimp
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. grated unsweetened coconut
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. horseradish
    2/3 c. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Combine eggs, lime juice, mustard, curry and salt in a bowl. Dip shrimp into flour, then coat with egg mixture.
    Roll in coconut.
    Melt butter and pour onto baking sheet.
    Bake 5 to 7 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven, turning once at 3 to 5 minutes.
