Crunchy Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and 1/4 cup butter.
    Mix cornflakes and 1/4 cup butter; spread on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 servings.
